Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Roasted Chana Dal / Dalia - 1/2 tbsp
Dry coconut - 1 tbsp
Whole red chilli - 1
Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
Cardamom - 1
Cloves - 2
Asafoetida / hing - a pinch
Dry roast all the above in an iron skillet. Cool and grind into a fine powder and store in an airtight container.
