Urad Dal Vada

Adapted from

Serves 2 people
Urad Dal - 1/2 cup, soaked overnight and ground into a paste
Red Onion - 1/2  finely chopped
Green chillies - 5 finely chopped
Cilantro - 1/2 bunch, washed and finely chopped

Oil for deep frying

Mix everything together. Heat oil in an iron wok and put small amount of the mix gently in the hot oil using a teaspoon. Fry till golden brown.
