Mung Beans Sprout Stir Fry



Sprouted Mung Dal - 1 cup
Onion - 1/2, finely chopped
Green Chillies - 4 finely chopped
Cilantro - 1 bunch, finely chopped
Ginger - 1/2 inch, grated
Garlic - 2, grated
Tomato - 1/2, chopped
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Hing / Asafoetida - a pinch
Turmeric - a pinch
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
Olive Oil - 1 tbsp

Heat oil in a pan. Temper with cumin seeds, hing and green chillies.

Add the chopped onion and cook till soft.

Add ginger, garlic, chat masala, tomato and turmeric.

Then add the sprouts and cook for a few minutes. Sprinkle lemon juice and chopped cilantro and serve hot.
