Almond Date Cherry Smoothie
Frozen Cherries - 1 cup
Ripe Banana - 1 (preferably sliced and frozen)
Almond Flour - 6 tbsp.
Water - 1 to 2 cups
Mejdool Dates - 6, deseeded
Blend everything together in a high speed blender for 30 seconds and serve immediately.
