Bengali Garam Masala
Cinnamon Sticks - 3 tbsp
Cloves - 2 tbsp
Cardamom Seeds - 1 tsp
Dry roast the above in an iron skillet over very low heat.
Remove and cool.
Pour into a grinder and grind until fine. Store in an airtight container.
